Napier brings a strong foundation in M&A advisory, having spent three years at Barclays Investment Bank in New York, rising from intern to Associate within the Global Industrials group. Prior to that, she gained vital exposure across several industries through internships with Grand Dental Group, rotating across their business office departments, and McCain Foods, where she worked in the Procurement group.

A graduate of Villanova University, Napier earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She enjoys a rich array of personal interests from skiing, running, hiking, attending live music events, and playing the piano.
