PETER J. HOLTON, Managing Director of Caber Hill Advisors, has over 20 years of experience in sales, operations and M&A within the facility service industry. Prior to joining Caber Hill, Mr. Holton worked with Craig Castelli at Bridge Ventures in Chicago. He began his career working in the construction industry, spending nearly a decade at Rose Paving Company where he held both regional and national positions in a variety of roles including business development, operations, sales and mergers and acquisitions.
SCOTT MYATT joined Caber Hill Advisors in 2017 as Managing Director on the firm’s healthcare team with a primary responsibility to lead M&A activities in the audiology and hearing aid industry. He has been recognized as one of the most transformative executives in the audiology and hearing aid industry over the past decade, leading vertical integration strategies at three different companies and in the process completing over 60 transactions.
KURT HARVEY joined Caber Hill Advisors in 2019 as Managing Director on the firm's healthcare team with a primary responsibility to lead M&A activities in the dental industry. Kurt has been recognized as one of the most transformative corporate development and finance executives in the dental industry over the past decade.
MARIA MELONE, joined Caber Hill in January 2021 as a Managing Director on the firm’s healthcare team with a primary responsibility to lead M&A activities in the dental industry. Maria received her CPA license in 1998 and began her career at KPMG, LLP in Boston, working primarily with clients in the Healthcare/Life Science sector.
DAVID OGUREK joined Caber Hill in May 2014 as Vice President. His primary responsibilities include financial analysis, preparation of client presentation materials including confidential information memorandums, market research, business development, and managing the analyst team. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and has been involved in over 100 business valuations in his career.
WILLIAM GEORGE joined Caber Hill in 2019 as an Analyst and was promoted to Associate in January 2021. Prior to joining Caber Hill, Will worked as a corporate development analyst for Beltone Electronics. He is responsible for financial modeling, marketing materials, due diligence, and industry research.
