Caber Hill Advisors, a leader in advising privately held, middle-market businesses, has appointed Richard Curry as its newest Director of Business Development. Richard adds more than three decades of experience in the maintenance and janitorial industry to Caber Hill Advisors. His expertise, leadership, and connections across the broader facility services sector helps the firm accelerate its activity in the industry, which continues to command strong demand from strategic buyers and private equity buyers.

Richard resides in Houston and has three wonderful daughters. As an American who was born and raised overseas, he brings a diverse cultural attitude to his work. He credits this background as central in his journey to becoming an accomplished leader, manager, motivator and communicator. He is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS degree in Industrial Relations. He began his career in Worldwide Logistics and ultimately transitioned into the building maintenance industry, working his way through accounting functions, controllerships, operations management, and executive management. He has served at senior levels with several of the world’s largest facility maintenance organizations, as well as a boutique investment bank and periods of private consulting. Outside of work, Dick considers himself an avid motorcyclist and an amateur Roman historian.
