Caber Hill Advisors is proud to announce that we advised Racine Dental Group in its partnership with Dental Care Alliance, which currently supports over 390 allied practices and 900 dentists across 22 states.
Racine Dental Group began in Racine, Wisconsin in the early 1960s when a small group of five dentists combined resources to form the area’s first group dentistry office. Since then, the group has grown to include 13 general dentists, three pediatric dentists, one oral surgeon, two endodontists and one periodontist. Patients are seen in one of 85 operatory rooms within the 65,000 square foot facility. The group also includes a satellite pediatric dental location in Lake Geneva, WI.
In working with Caber Hill Advisor’s founder and CEO Craig Castelli and Managing Director Maria G. Melone, Racine Dental Group was able to secure a transaction with confidence.

This partnership brings DCA’s total footprint to over 390 allied practices across the US, including 15 allied practices in the state of Wisconsin.

The deal closed in January 2023. Specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
