Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it advised Ohio Support Services (OSS) and Ohio Custodial Management (OCM) in the sale of its business to The Facilities Group, a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group and Revolent Capital Solutions.
Based in Columbus, OH; OSS offers security services and OCM offers janitorial services together create a diversified and integrated facility services platform, leveraging each company’s strengths to better serve their customers, offer a more robust service offering, leverage existing customers, and local relationships to cross-sell services; and, to operate more efficiently.
Bryson Raver, CEO of The Facilities Group, headquartered in Tampa, FL commented, “OSS and OCM have positioned themselves as a leader in both security and janitorial services throughout Ohio and Kentucky. We are excited to make our first strategic investment in security at The Facilities Group and accelerate the growth of our security division across the country.”

The transaction closed on December 30th, 2022. Specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
