Caber Hill Advisors is pleased to announce that we advised Cornerstone Dental Partners in its acquisition by P1 Dental Partners, a Prairie Capital portfolio company. This marks P1 Dental Partners’ first acquisition outside of Indiana.
Cornerstone Dental Partners is a 10-office DSO in the greater Chicago area led by Mark Zieba, Jon Gregoire, and Anthony Ponzio. The three Cornerstone owners are assuming executive leadership roles at P1 Dental Partners, a dental partnership organization providing operational support for dentists.
The deal closed in December 2021. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
