A leading advisor in mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies, Jordan looks forward in his new role to building on a sustained track record of helping business owners navigate the complex M&A landscape when transacting with strategic and private equity buyers.

A graduate of the Accounting program at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Jordan brings more than 25 years of experience as a financial and operational leader across diverse industries. He has successfully founded and sold several businesses, including a turnaround consulting firm, a collection agency, and an outsource CFO business. In the latter role, he served as CFO for over 50 businesses, helping to sell several of those companies to both strategic and private equity buyers. Throughout his career, Jordan has remained committed to accomplishing optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
