Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it advised Areo Dental Group in its purchase of Smiles by Farr.

Areo Dental Group began in 2015 with a small practice in Burbank, Illinois. They quickly grew to seven locations.
Smiles by Farr is a dental practice in Huntley, Illinois. The state-of-the-art practice provides top-quality dental care and upholds the strictest sterilization standards and safety protocols to protect our patients’ health.
The transaction closed in February 2024. Specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
