Caber Hill Advisors is excited to announce that it advised Able Hearing Center in the sale of its business to D&A Financial Services, Inc. DBA Sound Hearing and Audiology. Based in Beaverton, OR, Able Hearing is a family owned business that has served the Portland area for 30 years.
Able Hearing Center specializes in hearing aid services including evaluations, protections, conservation, and much more. Owners Karl and Wayne Brandsen share over 65 years of experience in serving those with hearing impairments.
Audiology services specialist and Managing Director Scott Myatt led the transaction for Caber Hill Advisors. “Advising a family-owned business such as Able Hearing is an incredibly delicate task. It was our goal to find a buyer who will take care to maintain the integrity of the business while also meeting the goals of the seller,” said Myatt.

The transaction closed in May 2023. Specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
