Caber Hill Advisors is pleased to announce advising Alpaca Audiology, the largest independent audiology clinic group in the United States, in its acquisition of Lake Erie Hearing. The deal was led by Scott Myatt, Managing Director.
Lake Erie Hearing, an audiology company with two locations in Ohio, has offered comprehensive hearing care to patients since 1985. Lake Erie Hearing will now be part of Alpaca Audiology, which is comprised of 13 regional brands and operates more than 220 clinics across the country.
The deal closed in October of 2021. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
