Caber Hill Advisors is pleased to announce that we advised the Center for Better Hearing in its acquisition by Kenwood Hearing Centers, a family-owned and operated audiology clinic that specializes in treating all hearing needs.
The Center for Better Hearing, the premier hearing care facility to treat and fit hearing aids, has a practice in the East Bay area that will now be part of Kenwood Centers, which currently provides the Bay area with six locations.
Additionally, we’re thrilled to note that we advised Pacific Northwest Audiology, an independent practice focused on long-term hearing health in Bend, Oregon, in its acquisition by Zimmerman Group LLC.
Both deals were led by Scott Myatt, Managing Director, and closed in December 2021. Additional terms of these transactions were not disclosed.
