Caber Hill Advisors is pleased to announce advising Main Line Audiology Consultants in its sale to Alpaca Audiology, the largest independent audiology clinic group in the United States. The deal was led by Craig Castelli, founder and CEO of Caber Hill Advisors.
Mainline Audiology, a practice with clinics serving the Philadelphia area, provides a comprehensive range of hearing services including testing, hearing aid fitting, as well as tinnitus therapy. The company also has a presence in over 17 retirement communities and 35 nursing homes.
The deal closed in September of 2021. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
