Kendall Napier joined the Caber Hill team in September of 2025. Previously, Kendall spent three years at Barclays Investment Bank. She started as an intern with the Global Industrials group and worked her way up to the Associate level in New York.
Prior to her time with Barclays, Kendall capitalized on two internship opportunities. This included a role with Grand Dental Group, where she participated in a rotational program working across multiple departments in the company’s business office. Additionally, she interned with McCain Foods in their Procurement group.
Kendall graduated from Villanova University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Though she has a lot of school spirit for the Wildcats, she is extremely proud of her Chicago roots. She resides in Chicago and enjoys cheering on her hometown teams.
