Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it advised Horizon Services Company in the sale of its business to 4M Building Solutions.
Based in Hartford, Connecticut Horizon Services Company is a leading commercial cleaning company in Connecticut with over 30 years of experience. They offer customized office cleaning services, as well as management and building maintenance services for organizations without a dedicated maintenance department. Tim Murch, CEO of 4M Building Solutions based out of St. Louis, MO commented, “I have personally known Ted Hsu for over twenty years and have always respected Ted, his team and Horizon as a leader in the Northeast market.
