Caber Hill Advisors is pleased to announce that we advised Elgut Eye Care in its partnership with Ascend Vision Partners (AVP), an eye-care management services organization with 300 employees dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to over 250,000 patients annually across the southeastern U.S.

Elgut Eye Care’s physician-led team is co-directed by Drs. Noel Elgut and Cody Ott and has served patients in the Fort Lauderdale and surrounding area for more than 30 years, offering a full suite of ophthalmic services.
Managing Director Scott Myatt led the deal for Caber Hill Advisors.

The transaction closed January 2023. Specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
