Caber Hill Advisors announced that it advised Mid-Valley Hearing Center in the sale of its business to D&A Financial Services, Inc. DBA Sound Hearing and Audiology. Based in Albany Oregon, Mid-Valley Hearing Center is a full-service audiology clinic specializing in the treatment of hearing loss in children and adults.
Dave Dutson, President of Sound Hearing and Audiology commented, “Caber Hill was very professional and key to the success of the acquisition process. The transaction closed on February 2023. Specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
