Caber Hill Advisors is proud to announce that we advised Dial Tool Industries (DTI) in the sale of its business to Colfax Creek Capital.
DTI is a full-service provider in the manufacturing industry that offers metal stampings, injection and insert molding, and assembly services. DTI can provide turn-key solutions from prototype through production—a business model which increases customer satisfaction, reduces client supply base, and increases efficiencies. The company is based in Addison, IL.

The transaction closed on January 6th, 2023. Specific terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
