Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it assisted in the sale of an audiology practice located in the Southeastern United States. Specific details, including the identity of the buyer and seller and the terms of the transactions, are to remain confidential. The deal closed on October 30, 2015.

The process, led by Caber Hill CEO Craig Castelli, saw three strategic buyers bidding for the practice. Ultimately, the seller was able to choose the buyer that provided the best combination of a strong financial offer with the ability to preserve the practice's legacy.
