For Immediate Release
Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it assisted in the sale of a Seattle area audiology practice to a strategic acquirer. At the request of the parties involved in the transaction, specific deal terms will remain confidential.
Craig Castelli led the transaction for Caber Hill, acting as the exclusive advisor to the seller. This represents the 10th transaction Mr. Castelli has closed in the audiology and hearing aid industry in the last 12 months.
When asked for comment, Mr. Castelli said the following: "Transaction activity has remained strong in the audiology and hearing aid space for several years, supported by the persistence of strategic acquirers and a recent increase in financing options for small businesses and individuals. Our ability to produce positive outcomes for practice owners can be credited to our ability to quickly assess the market, identify the optimal buyers to invite to the process, and establish an appropriate valuation that, cliche as it sounds, results in a win-win situation."
