Caber Hill announced today that it assisted in the acquisition of a commercial landscaping business in southeast Wisconsin. Caber Hill acted as the advisor to the buyer, a privately held, middle market landscaping services provider. Terms of the transaction shall remain confidential at the request of the parties involved. The transaction closed on January 3, 2018.

Peter Holton led the transaction for Caber Hill. Mr. Holton sourced the deal, which was proprietary to the buyer, and managed the deal team as Caber Hill provided guidance on valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and due diligence.
