Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it assisted in the sale of a Minnesota-based hearing aid business to a strategic buyer. At the request of the parties involved, terms of the transaction will not be disclosed. The deal closed on September 29, 2017.
The sale process drew interest from several parties, culminating in advanced discussions between the seller and the two best potential buyers. Ultimately, the seller was able to select a buyer that offered the right balance of initial valuation, flexibility, and upside potential.
