Caber Hill Advisors announced today that it assisted in the sale of a Colorado audiology practice in a sale to a strategic buyer. At the request of the parties involved, specific transaction terms are to remain confidential. The transaction closed in June, 2017.
Caber Hill CEO Craig Castelli led the sell-side process, which drew interest from several public and privately-held strategic buyers. After reviewing several offers, the seller ultimately selected a buyer that offered the best combination of valuation, favorable transaction structure, and a flexible transition for the seller.
